Food always good very consistent

Good atmosphere, staff very friendly. Food is fantastic. I ordered a house salad and a grumpie pie (calzone). It was hot and delicious. Go have lunch today.

I had been awhile since I have dined here, and I will return again.

Tastes great! Best you can find without driving all the way to Huntsville. Prices aren’t too bad. Has never had the best location. They moved recently, but it’s still really easy to forget about them because they’re not in a location with good visibility.

I love the chicken salad pasta and the house salad so much! The salad is always so fresh.

Took a minute for the matire d to come to the front and acknowledge us. Great pizza and value

The best place to sit down and have a wonderful meal in Arab!! The waitress are so nice and your drink never runs out!! I highly recommend the lazagna

Visiting family from out of state and this was the best place we visited! Great pizza and service, even though it was busy. Definitely will visit again.

Paranoia has set in once again I will never come to your establishment again because your dine is closed. I work in Huntsville and Madison every day and they're a bigger city and they do not do this anywhere in Huntsville or Madison

Good food , just a little slow on getting the food out .

Great pizza

My food was inedible. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich which was microwaved with hot sauce poured over. I was very hungry but could eat less than half. The customer service was very poor as well. Perhaps it was the time of day, but there is no excuse for the food and poor service.

Nice, all in party loved the food. Only negative was my super roast beef sandwich was saturated with juice on bottom. It appeared it was juice from pepperoni? Did not like my sandwich due to this

So far this has been the best place we have eaten at in Arab among the many fast food and other restaurants. The food was quite tasty and hot. We had the lasagna and the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Much better than most Italian meals we have been served within a 30 mile radius. The only comments I would have are regarding the wait staff. They should have some semblance of a uniform so you can identify them as staff, (Even same type t-shirt), and not just looking like someone who walked in off the street who is advertising some pub or other establishment they had gotten a shirt from. Also, have the staff put their phones away somewhere and not sticking out of their pockets. Maybe some basic training on presentation to customers. They did NOT use their phones. They were curteous and friendly at all times.

Nice atmosphere, clean, and delicious food but the staff are incredibly slow and disappear to the back for long periods of time.

The waitress never came to refill our teas not once the food was great but waitress was awfull she went to smoke gave us to another waitress didnt have our ticket when we checked out waitress had to go find it our original waitress was still smoking out back . Dining room had a lady beside us in ppl on other side of us in all 3 tables said we were not 6 ft apart will not be back .

Lunch on two separate days after moving to Arab. Great service and good food. Dine in and take out are nice options to have! Will review again after a “take out experience”.

Good pizza, fresh salads and they keep your tea glass full.

We usually get the salads. Chicken, grilled chicken, buffalo all of them and always get extra ranch and crackers. There salads always taste fresh. We loved all the Halloween decorations they had up. This time we got the pasta and a large buffalo chicken pizza. I suggest get the big one so you can take some home. Also we love there cheese bread. We love our grumpys and also they deliver locally. I've only used that service a few times. Great place for lunch!

Unfortunately it seemed they only had 3 workers tonight and a full house. I've only seen three young ladies the whole 30 minutes my family been sitting here. This establishment is at it's best at lunch or before 5pm

Awesome pizza with a very affordable price. Drove 4 hrs from Tennessee for a taekwondo tournament near buy. So glad I stopped here. Delicious.

Love the atmosphere here! Comfortable seating, quick service, delicious food. I always get the calzones because they are so good. The girls working are always super sweet and attentive.

I am in a different part of the County. Grumpy's delivers to friends I know in Arab. I call, tell them the address, give them my debit card and what time to deliver it. Saves me driving. They do it all. Gives them a break from cooking. They have enough for lunch the next day. Check out the Online Menu they have!

I loved it, my husband hated it ahha Apparently they serve food for "women" meaning not allot of food for the price. He is 6'1" and weighs 215 so he is not a big guy. But when he pays 14.95 for a meal he wants food on his plate lol. Anyway nice atmosphere. Young waitress not very friendly.EDIT: I must say the service was a teenager and must have been the owners daughter? which is why she is still employed? Her attitude is like she would rather be on Snap Chat than working!!!

A local staple for the answer to the age-old question; "What's for lunch?" It used to take a full lunch hour to get served, but they are much more efficient now. They have gotten a lot faster since moving to their new location.

Great food. I thought Olive Garden had the best con alfredo until my husband took me for lunch one day! I crave that alfredo a kit. It's not your typical American restaurant, they do an amazing meal that leaves you coming back and satisfied. Great family environment, servers are well trained. The only downside is their delivery service. You are better off picking it up.
